Tomer Ben-Kiki

Co-Founder and CEO

Tomer is an experienced entrepreneur who has held the top leadership position at several companies, successfully steering them from inception through rapid growth. Previously, Tomer was the Co-Founder and CEO of Oberon Media, a leading casual gaming company providing for some of the world’s biggest brands, including Microsoft, Yahoo and Sprint. Prior to Oberon, Tomer was the Co-Founder and President of RichFx, an e-commerce startup that provided visual merchandising technologies to top retailers. He graduated cum laude from Tel Aviv University with a B.Sc. in Computer Science, and served as an IDF officer for seven years.

Ofer Leidner

Co-Founder and President

An experienced entrepreneur and business leader, Ofer co-founded and built several digital media businesses, most recently iPlay/Oberon Media, a leading casual downloadable games company where he held several executive leadership roles. Ofer has also served as Co-Founder and President of Gate42 Technologies, a software startup in the customer relations management space. Earlier in his career, he served as an investment manager at an early stage seed fund and as a management consultant in the strategy practice of Trigger Consulting, a leading firm in Israel. Ofer holds an M.B.A. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics and Information Technologies, both from Tel Aviv University.

Bilal Khan

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Bilal plays a critical role in making key strategic decisions alongside managing the finance organization at Twill as it continues to expand in the U.S. and abroad. He is particularly excited about the opportunity to pair Twill's digital therapeutic solutions with existing drug therapies to meaningfully improve the lives of patients. Previously, Bilal was a Senior Vice President at Goldman Sachs where he sat in the technology investment banking group. He helped lead the digital healthcare efforts across the U.S. alongside covering marquee technology companies. His transaction experience spans companies such as Apple, Verily, GoodRx, SoFi, Affirm, Snapchat, and many others. Previously, he was also a part of the healthcare investment banking team and brings over a decade of capital markets and advisory experience.

Chris Wasden

Chief Strategy Officer

As Chief Strategy Officer, Chris is leading the effort to bring Twill’s platform to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Recently he was a professor at the University of Utah and served as Executive Director of the Sorenson Center for Discovery & Innovation, a digital health game incubator. He is the co-author of two books on innovation, creativity, and leadership: Tension - The Energy of Innovation; and Solving for Why - Change Your Identity, Change Your Future. He is the named inventor on 12 issued patents, has been a founding leader in 10 startups, and has held leadership positions at JP Morgan and PwC. He holds a doctorate from George Washington University in Human and Organizational Learning, and an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School.

Keren is responsible for growing Twill’s product portfolio. An entrepreneur with many years of experience building online consumer products from concept to success, she has developed and managed digital solutions that balance a customer-centric approach with revenue goals. Keren served as an executive at, Israel, and Oberon Media, where she focused on building a casual games toolbar business. Previously, she founded Personali, an Intelligent Incentives platform enabling retailers and brands to perform precision targeting of shoppers with personalized incentives, accelerating sales growth, optimizing profitability, and increasing customer loyalty. The company operated worldwide with leading names in the industry and drove over $2.5B in revenue growth and profitability for its customers using sophisticated machine learning algorithms combined with behavioral economics infused engagements.

Tiffany oversees global content development and strategy across Twill’s platforms. Her team collaborates with leading scientific experts to create engaging content experiences. Previously, Tiffany was the managing editor of and oversaw online content and products for O, The Oprah Magazine. She also managed digital extensions to the Martha Stewart Living brand and developed editorial programming as a senior editor at, and has held several editorial roles at Hearst Magazines. Tiffany graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Psychology.

Rick is responsible for leading Twill’s consumer experience and growth strategy including analytics and reporting. By applying data-driven behavioral insights and consumer marketing best practices, Rick helps Twill deliver unmatched rates of activation, engagement and retention. Prior to Twill, Rick was the President of Make The Web Better, LLC, a consumer software company that built, marketed and delivered fun, easy-to-use, family-friendly search monetization products. Previously, Rick was the Vice President of Affinity Direct, LLC, the fourth largest federal student loan consolidation company in the US. Rick has a Bachelor’s degree in Consumer Affairs in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Chief Compliance Officer in Regulatory Quality and Compliance

As Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance, Mona is responsible for establishing and executing regulatory and clinical strategies for digital therapeutics and maintaining the FDA and ISO 13485 compliant quality management systems. She has over 10 years of experience in research and development, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and quality systems in digital health, medical devices, in-vitro diagnostics, companion diagnostics, and pharmaceutical products. Her FDA regulatory experience spans the development of analytical and clinical trial protocols, Pre-Submissions, IDEs, De Novo, PMAs, and 510(k)s. She has led numerous successful product submissions in E.U., Japan, Australia, Russia, and Brazil, among other countries.

Senior Vice President, Client Experience

Patrick is responsible for Twill's health plan, employer and life science clients and their members. At Twill, we strive to improve outcomes and deliver measurable value through one unified care platform—configured to our clients' needs, and the needs of their people. He leads the client and customer team that sets and executes upon Twill's client and customer experience strategies. After more than 25 years with Aon Hewitt, he joined the Twill team because of his firm belief that organizations that work to improve emotional health will excel. At Aon, Patrick led innovation, product strategy & distribution for their Retiree Health Solutions division, overseeing innovation, emerging solutions and go-to-market efforts. Patrick has worked with Fortune 500 companies across all industries, focusing on delivering results, client satisfaction, retention, and product innovations. He is also the founder of YourOwnHow and educates people on how to become—and stay—physically active in their communities. Patrick has a B.S. in business management from Purdue University.
